Salsa
Ingredients
- 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 10g freshly chopped coriander
- 1 clove garlic
- 30ml Sarson’s vinegar
- 5ml lemon juice
- sea salt
Method
- Drain a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes and add 6 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 finely chopped red onion, 1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper, 10g freshly chopped coriander, 1 crushed clove garlic, 30ml Sarson’s vinegar, 5ml lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt.
- Mix together and serve as a dip or an accompaniment to meat.
