Soy & Chilli Dressing
Ingredients
- 100mls soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp dry sherry (optional)
- 3 tbsp Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 seeded and finely chopped red chilli.
Method
- Whisk together soy sauce, sherry and Sarson’s Malt Vinegar.
- Then add the brown sugar and chilli and stir.
- Serving Suggestion: stir through hot noodles or drizzle onto grilled fish.
